Parola is a Filipino term for lighthouse. Locals call this paradise “Parola Beach” because of a lighthouse on top of it. This beautiful shore is one of the reasons why Bagatao Island is so extraordinary and very interesting for the travelers and visitors. Once you visit Parola Beach you’ll see the clear and blue glistening sea water, beautiful underwater coral reefs that are perfect for snorkeling, the 29 ft light house and the exquisite view at the peak of the light house. If you’re wondering/thinking how much money you need to visit this resort, don’t worry you don’t have to pay for entrance fee its all free all you have to do is bring your own food and a money for the boat that will bring you to the exact location of the beach and to pay for the cottage fee. It’s a good place to spend your vacation it’s relaxing and you can have a quality time with your family and also with your friends.
Simply say that this is not the best beach in the whole of Sorsogon province but definitely the best in Magallanes, Sorsogon. One boat ride from Magallanes Central will bring you here and you can easily rent boats from the small boat or locally known as lancha port near Central. Cottages are also available for you to rent. One of the activities here is climbing the parola and you can have a view of the Mayon Volcano from here. The locals are very accommodating and friendly, if all you need is Vitamin Sea so what are you waiting for, Come and experience the most awesome place in town.
